    The Levitating Mouse - The 50 Best Inventions of 2009 - TIME “Researchers at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, led by Yuanming Liu, have figured out how to make the tiny critters float in midair using magnets.” Maybe our Levitron demonstration would have been more exciting with a mouse involved. J/K
